Shipping policy

Tracked delivery to the United States, Canada, and Australia is included in the product price. There is no additional shipping charge at checkout for these destinations.

Processing and delivery

Allow 0–3 business days for order processing. Estimated transit time is around 24 days after the order has been processed and handed to the shipping provider.

Orders are reviewed after checkout and packed after payment is confirmed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs processing, destination access, weather, or carrier capacity.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking email is sent after the order ships. Tracking scans may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.

Large items

Pet strollers are large products. Some shipments may require additional handling based on package size, destination, or carrier availability, but the checkout shipping charge remains $0 for the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Address accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address change is needed after placing an order, contact support as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
