Refund Policy

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days after delivery with prior authorization.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Contact support@bellovelo.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For buyer preference returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, wrong item, or shipping error on our part, we will provide return instructions at no cost to the customer.

Refunds

After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable conditions

Used items, items damaged after delivery, items missing packaging or components, and items altered by the customer are not eligible for standard return approval.
