Shipping Policy

Tracked delivery is available to customers in the United States. Shipping options, timing, and charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the selected service.

Processing and delivery

Orders are reviewed after checkout and packed for shipment after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing begins after the order has been processed and handed to the shipping provider.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking email is sent after the order ships. Tracking scans can take time to appear after the label is created.

Large items

Pet strollers are large products. Some shipments may require additional handling based on package size, destination, or carrier availability.

Address accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address change is needed after placing an order, contact support as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
